I am Dr. Lombardi Massimo, Eye-Micro-Surgeon, working in Rome Italy, I have
Performed the first Stem Cells Transplants, in the World, in eyes affected by Maculopathies,
Uveitis, Optical Neuropathies, traumas and so on.
The Marrow bone transplants extracted from the patient’ Hip, processed in highly specialized
Laboratories, were implanted by me with a retrobulbar injection through the under lid of the eye.
These first transplants have been performed in the “Amadeus Krankenhaus” Public Hospital in Koln Germany On behalf of “X-Cell Center”in February 2008.
I have, after two years of activity in Germany, conceived a new method of Regenerative Medicine
Overcoming the necessity of the (traumatic and highly invasive) explant of Stem Cells from the marrow bone, from the Hip and the secondary Reimplant.
The new method has been defined as “Reprogramming Retinal Stem Cells” utilizing natural chemistries ( instead of the marrow bone) capable to stimulate Stem Cells naturally present in high concentration into the retrobulbar fat of the eye.
The chemistries used by me are of free disposal from the Farmacy, they are not toxic because of their natural origin nor lacking side and collateral effect both in the eye and into general body system.
The repetition of Regenerative Stimulation=Injection is one of the characteristic of my Treatment.
It is possible to use several therapeutical programs: 1) very intensive, performing 5 injections a week, for 1/2 months, 3) medium intensity, 3 injections a week for a longer time: 2/3 months,
4) longer time therapy : 1 injection a week for 5/6 months.
I have had many Clinical Objective Positive Demonstrations of Stem Cells Regeneration both straight into the eye with sight and visual field improvement and in other organs initially not included in the treatment but that were affected by different pathologies while treating the eye.

Certainty that my Treatment can Reactivate and Rigenerate both in the eyes and it the whole Organism the most important Stem Cells: “the Totipotent ones” (and not only the “Pluripotent” and the “Unipotent” ones) the only Stem Cells capable to restart and regenerate every tissue.
The Totipotent Stem Cells are also into the fetus cord, but I am absolutely against the use of eterologous ones (= coming from a different biological individual) because there it is an high risk of life caused by an Anaphilactic Shock for immuno-intolerance reaction from the Recipient for eterologous biological material as it can happen for a wrong blood transfusion caused by the different blood group or RH.
The place that I use (=the retrobulbar space of the eye) for my “ Regenerative Treatment “ through
the under lid it is a very unique place where the presence of plenty of blood vessels, nerves and linphatic vessels and fat makes this anatomical area a place where the Stem Cells are naturally present in very high Concentration.
Moreover entering with a needle ( very short and thin : 11mm long 30 gouge typical for insulina injections ) into the retrobulbar space of the eye has a very important biological meaning, we do
Overcame the “Blood-Spine-Natural-Barrier” that it is present in the human body ( in a normally good healthy organism ).
Barrier put by Nature to avoid to chemical, synthetics or toxic or foreign Substances and synthetic chemistries and also to virus bacteria and parasites to arrive into the brain and the spine
Through the big vessels of the neck.
In conclusion my Chemistries : Natural and therefore absolutely harmless are absorbed not only
by the posterior side of the eye through blood and limphatic vessels, nerves directly connected with the optic nerve and through the brain-spine fluid (that reach also the optic nerve) as a waterfall will reach all the the brain and spine through the “Metameric” spine configuration connected to all organs and tissues.
This gives a clear explanation about the spontaneous unprogrammed Regenerative Healing Action of other untreated organs often far from the treated eye.
The Success of my Treatment depends from different factors:1) from starting organs and general health condition of treated patient consequently his bioenergetic status it is directly related to the intensity of Stem Cells Regenerative response. 2) from intoxications of the organism (as heavy metals) and environmental pathological situation as radioactive substances also if low dosages but with a long time exposition, ELF, electromagnetic heavy fields or if lower long time exposed,
